The Popkum community introduces a new gateway commercial development along the Agassiz-Rosedale Highway in Rosedale, BC. Designed as a practical and visually cohesive retail node, the project combines food service, CRU retail space, pedestrian connections, drive-through planning, parking, EV charging, and landscape buffers into a clear commercial site strategy. The architecture uses clean contemporary forms, generous glazing, black metal accents, and durable exterior materials to create a strong highway-facing presence.
